For prospective students interested in joining my group, a strong background in quantum mechanics, solid state physics, and programming is highly encouraged.
  • Postdoctoral researchers with a strong background in condensed matter and materials theory and computation (especially in the application of GW and BSE methods or the development of ab initio excited state methods) should email me a CV and brief (~1 page) statement of research interests.

Postdoctoral Openings

There are currently postdoc openings to work on one or both of the following topics:

  • AI for excited-state electronic structure and many-body physics

  • First-principles nonequilibrium Green’s function methods for high-harmonic generation

Ideal candidates will have a strong record of research accomplishments in one or more of the following areas: many-body perturbation theory, nonequilibrium quantum dynamics, open quantum systems, or machine learning for electronic structure.
